The invention belongs to an existing building concentrated underpinning structure and method for developing an underground space. The construction method comprises the step I of constructing a pile foundation at the exterior of an existing building of which a foundation is a shallow foundation and the underground space to be developed is located at the lower part of the shallow foundation; the step II of constructing a main beam and double wall beams under the existing building, wherein the double wall beams are arranged on the both sides of the existing building separately and oppositely, andused for clamping a wall; lifting beams are arranged at intervals, and penetrate through the wall, and the two ends of each lifting beam are anchored with the double wall beams; and the double wall beams are anchored in the main beam, and the two ends of the main beam are anchored on the pile foundation. On the premise that the existing building is not damaged extensively and protected in situ, the underground space is developed; and not only can the urban renewal requirements be met, and the urban development problem is solved, but also the original style of historical blocks can be reserved.
本发明属于既有建筑下的一种用于开发地下空间的既有建筑集中托换构造及其方法，施工方法为：既有建筑的基础为浅基础，待开发的地下空间位于浅基础的下部，步骤一：在既有建筑外部施工桩基；步骤二：施工既有建筑下的主梁和夹壁梁，夹壁梁分别相对布置在既有建筑的墙体下部的两侧，夹住墙体，抬梁间隔布置穿过墙体，抬梁的两端与夹壁梁锚固；夹壁梁锚固在主梁内，主梁的两端锚固在桩基上。在既有建筑不大面积损坏和原位保护的前提下进行地下空间开发，既可以满足城市更新的需要，解决城市发展难题，又可以保留历史街区原有的风貌。
