Underground space development method for underpinning existing building by using foundation pit reverse construction system
The invention belongs to the field of urban renewal and underground space development, and relates to an underground space development method for underpinning an existing building by using a foundation pit reverse construction system. The method comprises the steps that firstly, an underpinning structure and a temporary reinforcing component of an existing building are constructed, and then a vertical supporting pile system of the underpinning structure is constructed and connected with a foundation underpinning structure; the existing building is lifted to the elevation capable of meeting the construction space through a lifting device, shallow earth excavation is conducted, and a newly-built basement top plate is constructed; constructing a falling new foundation of the existing building on the top plate; the existing building falls back to the final state and is connected with the new foundation; the basement floor slab structure is further excavated downwards and subjected to reverse construction; and all basement top-down construction is completed. According to the method, the existing building can be underpinned only through one-time foundation conversion, foundation underpinning vertical supporting is also used as reverse structure beam plate vertical supporting at the same time, the existing building has effective supporting and stability in the underpinning process, and the elevation of the existing building can be flexibly adjusted.
本发明属于城市更新和地下空间开发领域的利用基坑逆作体系进行既有建筑托换的地下空间开发方法。步骤为:首先施工既有建筑的托换结构和临时加固构件,随后施工托换结构的竖向支承桩柱体系,并与基础托换结构相连接;通过提升装置将既有建筑提升至能满足施工空间的标高,进行浅层土方开挖,施工新建地下室顶板;在顶板上施工既有建筑的回落新基础;既有建筑回落至最终状态并与新基础进行连接;进一步向下开挖并逆作施工地下室楼板结构;完成全部地下室逆作施工。本发明可以实现既有建筑仅通过一次基础转换托换,且基础托换竖向支承同时兼做逆作结构梁板竖向支承,既有建筑在托换过程中具有有效支承和稳定性,且既有建筑标高可以灵活调整。
