Split anchoring foundation based on torpedo anchor penetration
The invention discloses a split anchoring foundation based on torpedo anchor penetration. The split anchoring foundation comprises an upper part structure and a lower part structure. The lower part structure is formed by welding a lower shell and wing plates, the lower end of the lower shell is a cylinder, the rest is a semi-arc-shaped plate, the two wing plates are welded to the two sides of thesemi-arc-shaped plate and welded to a pair of sleeves, and the third wing plate is welded to the outer side of the semi-arc-shaped plate; the upper part structure is formed by welding an upper shell and wing plates, the upper end of the upper shell is a cylinder, the rest is a semi-circular arc plate, the two wing plates are welded on the two sides of the semi-circular arc plate, the third wing plate is welded on the outer side of the semi-circular arc plate, and a pair of rotating shafts are arranged on the outer side of the cylinder at the upper end; the rotating shaft of the upper part structure is inserted into the sleeves of the lower part structure, and the two parts can rotate around the rotating shaft. The anchoring foundation penetrates into the seabed based on the torpedo anchor,construction is convenient and construction time is short. The two part structures are rotated and restrained under the tension action of the anchor chain, part of the wing plates can hold the seabedsoil body and the uplift bearing capacity is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于鱼雷锚贯入的剖分式锚泊基础,包括上、下两部分结构;下部结构由下壳体与翼板焊接而成,下壳体下端为筒体、其余为半圆弧形板,两块翼板焊接于半圆弧形板两侧且焊接一对套筒,第三块翼板焊接于半圆弧形板外侧;上部结构由上壳体与翼板焊接而成,上壳体上端为筒体、其余为半圆弧形板,两块翼板焊接于半圆弧形板两侧,第三块翼板焊接于半圆弧形板外侧,上端筒体外侧设置一对旋转轴;上部结构的旋转轴插入下部结构的套筒,两部分可绕旋转轴旋转。所提锚泊基础基于鱼雷锚贯入海床,施工便捷,施工时间短;在锚链拉力作用下两部分结构发生旋转与牵制,部分翼板能兜住海床土体,提高了抗拔承载力。
