Fish torpedo anchor foundation comprising grouting hardened body and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fish torpedo anchor foundation comprising a grouting hardened body and a construction method thereof. The foundation comprises a fish torpedo anchor and reinforcing meshes. The upper end of the fish torpedo anchor is connected with an anchor chain, the periphery of the reinforcing meshes is connected with multiple construction ropes, one sides of the construction ropes are connected with grouting pipes, the upper portion of the fish torpedo anchor and the outer portions of the reinforcing meshes are wrapped with the grouting hardened body, and the anchor chain extendsout of the upper end of the grouting hardened body. The construction steps of penetrating the fish torpedo anchor into a seabed, sleeving the reinforcing meshes, spraying, washing, aggregate throwing, and grouting are adopted for achieving construction of the foundation, the fish torpedo anchor and the grouting hardened body jointly form the anchor foundation, self weights of the fish torpedo anchor and the grouting hardened body and friction resistance with seabed soil jointly form uplift bearing capacity, anchoring force is improved, aggregate is thrown into the reinforcing meshes, cost isreduced, the grouting hardened body contains the reinforcing meshes, integrality is good, strength is high, and damage and failures are not prone to happening.
本发明公开了一种包含注浆板结体的鱼雷锚基础及其施工方法,包括有鱼雷锚和钢筋网片,鱼雷锚的上端连接有锚链,钢筋网片的四周分别连接有多根施工绳索,多根施工绳索的一侧分别连接有注浆管,鱼雷锚的上部和钢筋网片的外部包裹有注浆板结体,锚链从注浆板结体的上端延伸出。本发明采用鱼雷锚贯入海床、套入钢筋网片、喷射冲刷并抛骨料、注浆的施工步骤可实现所提基础的施工;鱼雷锚与注浆板结体共同形成锚泊基础,二者自重、与海床土体之间的摩阻力共同构成抗拔承载力,提高了锚泊力;钢筋网片内抛入骨料,降低了造价;注浆板结体含有钢筋网片,整体性好、强度高,不易发生破坏与失效。
