The invention discloses a leaking stoppage grouting and reinforcing construction method for an underground building bottom plate. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1) cleaning and determining a grouting part: treating the surface of a terrace and determining the grouting part; (2) deep hole treatment: forming a deep hole in the grouting part and performing deep hole grouting; (3)shallow hole treatment: laying shallow holes in the grouting part and performing shallow hole grouting; and (4) grouting post-treatment: performing mouth dismounting, sealing and ground restoration after grouting is completed. The water seepage problem can be fundamentally solved, the underground building is reinforced while the water seepage problem is solved and the problems of displacement deformation and the like caused by natural sedimentation, of the building for a long time can be solved.
