The invention discloses a basement post-cast strip leaking stoppage grouting and reinforcing construction method. The method sequentially comprises the technological processes of base layer cleaning,grouting part checking, hole distributing, drilling, hole cleaning, hole protecting, nozzle distributing, grouting material preparing, grouting, repeated grouting checking, solidifying and nozzle disassembling. The method solves the problems that after the water level of a basement post-cast strip is increased, post-cast strip concrete is damaged by water pressure, and water leakage or water burstis generated; original loose soil particles or cracks are glued into a whole through grout, a stone body which is novel in structure, high in strength, high in waterproof performance and good in chemical stability is formed, the water impermeability and the bearing capacity of a foundation are improved, the post-cast strip part reinforced concrete is not impacted by water pressure, and that no water exists on the ground is observed, and the effects of no seepage and no leakage are completely achieved.
本发明公开了地下室后浇带堵漏灌浆及加固施工方法,工艺流程依次为:基层清理→核对灌浆部位→布孔→钻孔→清孔、护孔→布嘴→配置灌浆料→灌浆,反复检查灌浆→固结→拆嘴;解决地下室后浇带在水位提高后,水压对后浇带混凝土造成破坏,产生渗漏水或涌水问题,通过浆液将原来松散的土粒或裂隙胶结成一个整体,形成一个结构新、强度大、防水性能高和化学稳定良好的“结石体”,达到提高地基的不透水性和承载力,确保后浇带部位钢筋混凝土不受水压的冲击,观察地面无水,完全达到不渗不漏。
