The invention relates to a single pile foundation scouring protection device. The single pile foundation includes a fixing ring, a reinforcing ring, a covering piece and a weighting piece. The fixingring is used for fixedly sleeving outside a steel pipe pile. The reinforcing ring is used for sleeving outside the steel pipe pile and can be detachably connected with the fixing ring. The covering piece is connected with the reinforcing ring and laid on the periphery of the reinforcing ring. The weighting piece is connected with one end of the covering piece away from the reinforcing ring. The single pile foundation scouring protection device reduces the difficulty of scouring prevention operation at the root position of the steel pipe pile and fixedly restricts the inner ring of the coveringpiece through the connection of the fixing ring and the reinforcing ring. The stability of the covering piece is enhanced. Meanwhile, the single pile foundation scouring protection device is also provided with the weighting piece on the out edge of the covering piece, thereby enhancing the ballast effect of the outer edge of the covering piece, preventing the outer edge of the covering piece frombeing lifted or dislocated by waves and enhancing the anti-scouring effect of the single pile foundation scouring protection device.
