The invention relates to a single pile foundation scouring protection device which is used for protecting single pile foundation scouring and comprises a first fixing ring, a protective ring and a second fixing ring which are sequentially arranged on the outer side of a single pile in a sleeving mode from top to bottom, and the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring are both fastened to the single pile. The upper surface of the protective ring is connected with the bottom of the first fixing ring, the lower surface of the protective ring is connected with the top of the second fixing ring, a plurality of round holes used for reducing the pressure difference between the upper portion and the lower portion of the protective ring and turbulent fluctuation of water flow near a single pile are evenly formed in the surface of the protective ring, and each round hole perpendicularly penetrates through the protective ring. Compared with the prior art, the pressure difference between the upper portion and the lower portion of the retainer is relieved, the turbulence intensity of water flow nearby the retainer is reduced, and the protection effect of the retainer is further improved.
