Subway tunnel flowing water sandy gravel stratum horizontal drilling and grouting simulation system
The invention discloses a subway tunnel flowing water sandy gravel stratum horizontal drilling and grouting simulation system comprising a box body, a water inlet mechanism, a water outlet mechanism,an earth pressure simulation mechanism and a grouting mechanism, wherein the box body is filled with a sandy gravel soil layer, the water inlet mechanism is in fluid communication with a soil body atone end of the box body, the water outlet mechanism is in fluid communication with the soil body at the other end of the box body, and the soil pressure simulation mechanism applies pressure to the sandy gravel soil layer from the position over the sandy gravel soil layer. According to the test system, sealing, loading, water flow and horizontal drilling and grouting of the sandy gravel stratum grouting simulation test system can be achieved under the 30m water head height flowing water condition, the grouting process and the grouting effect can be detected, the slurry diffusion mechanism is revealed and a scientific basis is provided for advanced grouting design of surrounding rock of the subway tunnel in the water-rich sandy gravel stratum.
本发明公开地铁隧道动水砂卵地层水平钻孔注浆模拟系统,包括箱体、进水机构、出水机构、土压模拟机构和注浆机构,所述箱体内填充有砂卵土层,所述进水机构与所述箱体的一端的土体流体导通,所述出水机构与所述箱体的另一端的土体流体导通,所述土压模拟机构自所述砂卵土层的正上方对所述砂卵土层施加压力。本发明的试验系统可实现30m水头高度动水条件下,砂卵地层注浆模拟试验系统的密闭、加载、水流和水平钻孔注浆,可对注浆过程和注浆效果进行检测,揭示浆液扩散的机理,为富水砂卵地层地铁隧道围岩超前注浆设计提供科学依据。
