The invention discloses a retreating type localized grouting method and structure suitable for a sandy gravel stratum. The grouting method comprises the following steps that the position of a curtain grouting drill hole in a grouting stop wall is determined, a first drill bit is adopted for opening the hole in the position, an orifice pipe is arranged in the hole, the pipe is sealed through a hole sealing material, and a flange plate is installed at the orifice; after the second drill bit and the steel pipe cooperatively reach the designed depth, the second drill bit is pulled out; a slurry outlet pipe is put into the steel pipe, and the steel pipe is pulled out after the bottom of the slurry outlet pipe reaches the designed depth; a pipe sealing material is injected into the grout outlet pipe, after the pipe sealing material is solidified, the pipe sealing material in the grout outlet pipe is removed, and the pipe sealing material is located between the grout outlet pipe and the sandy gravel stratum; a grouting pipe is put into the grout outlet pipe, and retreating type localized grouting is carried out; the filling effect on the sandy gravel stratum can be achieved, the permeability of the sandy gravel stratum is improved, a hydraulic connection channel in front of tunnel excavation is closed, and the purposes of water plugging and stratum reinforcing are achieved.
