Load weighing control system and excavator
The invention provides a load weighing control system and an excavator, and relates to the technical field of excavator application. The load weighing control system comprises a first angle sensor, asecond angle sensor, a pressure sensor and a controller. The first angle sensor is arranged on a movable arm pin shaft, measures a first included angle between a movable arm and the vertical directionof the gravity, and sends the first included angle to the controller. The second angle sensor is arranged on a bucket rod, measures a second included angle between the bucket rod and the vertical direction of the gravity, and sends the second included angle to the controller. The pressure sensor is arranged on the movable arm, measures the pressure of a large cavity of the movable arm, and sendsthe pressure of the large cavity of the movable arm to the controller. The controller is connected with the first angle sensor, the second angle sensor and the pressure sensor correspondingly, and calculates the load weight and the total load weight. By calculating the loading weight of a dumper and other vehicles in the working process of the excavator, the time of the weighing link is saved, andthen work efficiency is improved.
