Weighing system and method of excavator
The invention belongs to the technical field of excavators and relates to a weighing system and method of an excavator. The weighing system comprises a movable arm position sensor, a bucket rod position sensor, an excavator bucket position sensor, an oil pressure sensor and a controller; the movable arm position sensor is arranged at the position of a movable arm of the excavator and electrically connected with the controller; the bucket rod position sensor is arranged at the position of a movable arm of the excavator; the bucket rod position sensor is electrically connected with the controller; the excavator bucket position sensor is arranged at the position of an excavator bucket of the excavator, and the excavator bucket position sensor is electrically connected with the controller; and the oil pressure sensor is arranged on a hydraulic oil cylinder of the movable arm of the excavator. According to the weighing system of the excavator, the excavator is operated to a specific posture after performing excavation; the excavation weight is calculated according to a function relation between the oil pressure of a main oil tank and the excavation weight of the excavator; and thus, weighing system is convenient and practical.
