The invention discloses a municipal drainage pipeline construction method, and relates to the field of municipal engineering. The municipal drainage pipeline construction method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, the construction field is cleaned up, and construction pay-off is conducted; S2, trench excavation is conducted, specifically, a trench is excavated according to the pay-off slotted line and the slope coefficient; S3, pipeline foundation is constructed, specifically, the bottom of the trench is paved with crushed stone or gravelsand of which the thickness is 150+/-10 mm and the particle size is 5-40 mm, the surface of the crushed stone or the gravel sand is tamped and flattened with a yellow sand bedding which is 150+/-10mm thick, and the foundation and the trench bottom are equal in width; S4, pipeline installation is conducted, specifically, pipelines are lifted by a soft belt lifting appliance to be put into the trench, and the adjacent pipelines are subjected to opening alignment splicing; S5, closed water detection is conducted; and S6, trench backfill is conducted, specifically, the position which is 500 mmaway from the tops of the pipelines downwards is subjected to backfill through sand gravel, and the position which is 500 mm away from the tops of the pipelines upwards is subjected to backfill through soil produced during trench excavation. Using of cement mortar and concrete is avoided, accordingly, the concrete solidification time and the concrete curing time are shortened, and the constructionperiod of the drainage pipeline is shortened advantageously.
本发明公开了一种市政排水管道施工方法,涉及市政工程领域,其包括以下步骤:S1,施工准备,清理施工现场,施工放线;S2,沟槽开挖,根据放好开槽线,放坡系数挖槽;S3,管道基础,槽底采用150±10mm厚、颗粒尺寸为5‑40mm的碎石或砾石砂铺筑,其上用150±10mm厚黄砂垫层夯实整平,基础宽度与槽底同宽;S4,管道安装,采用软带吊具吊装将管道放入沟槽,并将相邻管道之间进行对口拼接;S5,闭水检测;S6,沟槽回填,管顶500mm以下回填采用砂砾石进行回填,管顶500mm以上采用挖沟槽挖出的土料回填。避免了对水泥砂浆和混凝土的使用,进而减少了混凝土固化以及混凝土养护的时间,从而有利于缩短排水管道的施工工期。
