The invention discloses an installation method of a light masonry wall surface load-bearing furniture component. The installation method comprises the following steps that 1, indoor wall body masonryconstruction is conducted according to a design drawing; 2, a plurality of concrete components are prefabricated; 3, the position needing to be perforated and pre-buried is determined, and core drilling and hole taking are conducted on the light masonry wall body; 4, the holes in the wall are cleaned, the outer surface of the prefabricated concrete member is uniformly coated with a bonding material and the bonding material is plugged into the holes; 5, after the bonding strength of the prefabricated concrete member and the wall meets the requirement, a bolt or a sleeve can be pre-buried in theU-shaped clamping groove, and the position of the pre-buried bolt or sleeve is determined through the bonding material; and 6, the interface is cleaned, and the furniture and the electrical equipmentare suspended and fixed. Holes are arranged in the wall according to decoration requirements, the precast blocks with the thickness equal to that of the wall are installed, the needed bolts or innerthreaded sleeves are installed on the precast blocks to fix the furniture and the equipment on the wall surface, vertical loads can be transmitted to the building block wall and safe use of the furniture and the electrical equipment can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种轻质砌体墙面承重家具构件的安装方法,包括如下步骤:1.按照设计图纸进行室内墙体砌筑施工;2.预制若干数量的混凝土构件;3.确定需要开孔预埋的位置,在轻质砌体墙体上钻芯取孔;4.清理墙上孔洞,将粘接材料均匀涂刷在预制混凝土构件外表面后塞装进孔洞;5.待预制混凝土构件与墙体的粘结强度达到要求后即可在U型卡槽内预埋螺栓或套筒,预埋螺栓或套筒通过粘接材料确定位置;6.清理界面,悬挂固定家具、电气设备。本发明根据装修需要在墙上开孔,安装与墙体等厚的预制块,预制块上再安装所需要的螺栓或内螺套筒将家具、设备固定在墙面,能将竖向荷载传递给砌块墙体,保证了家具、电气设备的安全使用。
