Concrete vibrating rod positioning method based on optical fiber sensing
The invention discloses a concrete vibrating rod positioning method based on optical fiber sensing. The method comprises the following steps that a sensing optical fiber is laid in a concrete pouringarea, a plurality of vibration detection points are assigned to the sensing optical fiber in advance, and position coordinates of the vibration detection points are recorded; amplitude data of each vibration detection point are obtained in real time through the sensing optical fiber; the vibration detection point with the maximum amplitude in the obtained amplitude data is the maximum amplitude point, and whether the maximum amplitude point is an effective peak point or not is judged; and the position of a vibrating rod is located in an area with the effective peak point as the circle center and r as the radius, wherein r is a preset value. According to the technical scheme, the vibrating position of the vibrating rod in the concrete construction process can be monitored, concrete vibrating operation can be standardized conveniently, and the engineering construction quality is improved; and when vibrating defects are monitored, constructors can be reminded in time to conduct vibratingsupplementing, and rework is avoided.
本发明公开了一种基于光纤传感的混凝土振捣棒定位方法,包括以下步骤:在混凝土浇筑区域铺设传感光纤,并且预先在传感光纤指定若干振动检测点,记录振动检测点的位置坐标;通过传感光纤即时获取各个振动检测点的振幅数据;获取的振幅数据中振幅最大的振动检测点为最大振幅点,并判断该最大振幅点是否为有效峰值点;得出振捣棒的位置位于以有效峰值点为圆心,以r为半径的区域内,其中r为预设值。采用上述技术方案,可以监控混凝土施工过程中的振捣棒的振捣位置,以便于规范混凝土振捣作业,提高工程施工质量;当监控到振捣缺陷时,能够及时提示施工人员进行补振,避免返工。
