Clamping and lifting device for parking AGV
The invention discloses a clamping and lifting device for parking an AGV. The device comprises clamping mechanisms and a pushing mechanism, the two clamping mechanisms are symmetrically located on theleft and right sides of the pushing mechanism, and clamping and lifting of tires are achieved; the pushing mechanism is located in the center position for parking an AGV body and is connected with the two symmetric clamping mechanisms, so that the two clamping mechanisms are simultaneously telescopic; and the two mechanisms are matched with each other, so that the vehicle lifting and unloading functions are achieved together. The modular design is adopted, so that disassembly, assembly and replacement are facilitated; clamping jaw assemblies of the clamping mechanisms only move close to or away from each other, so that compared with existing clamping mechanisms adopting rotary clamping, the clamping mechanisms have the advantages of being simple in structure, low in space occupancy rate and stable in loading; the pushing mechanism adopts an X-shaped push rod structure to form a labor-saving structure, and has the advantage of low energy consumption; and meanwhile, the positions of theclamping mechanisms can be adjusted according to different vehicle wheel spacing, and the advantages of applicability and flexibility are achieved.
