In-pile precipitation construction method
The invention provides an in-pile precipitation construction method. The method comprises the steps that a precipitation well is constructed, after precipitation is completed, vertical shaft construction is completed, then construction of at least two first transverse channels is completed, a vertical shaft is constructed to the depth of the first transverse channels, then at least two second transverse channels located below the first transverse channels are constructed, and then first-layer pilot tunnels used for communicating every two adjacent first transverse channels are constructed; hole digging piles are constructed downwards in the first-layer pilot tunnels, and when the hole digging piles penetrate through a water-bearing stratum of soil, the hole digging piles are temporarily closed; inclined shafts are constructed at the bottoms of the hole digging piles in the transverse channel direction, meanwhile, water suction pumps are arranged in the inclined shafts, and the underground water level is lowered to the position below the water-bearing stratum of the soil; the steps of transverse channel construction are repeated, and third transverse channels and second-layer pilottunnels continue to be constructed below the second transverse channels; and hole digging piles are constructed downwards in the second-layer pilot tunnels till the construction reaches the designed length. The underground water permeation problem is effectively solved, land settlement can be avoided, and the occupation of urban land is reduced.
本发明提供了一种桩内降水施工方法:先施工降水井,并完成降水后,接着完成竖井施工,然后完成至少两个第一横通道施工,并将竖井施工至第一横通道的深度,接着施工至少两个位于第一横通道下方的第二横通道,然后接着施工用于连通相邻两个第一横通道的第一层导洞;接着在第一层导洞内向下施工挖孔桩,当穿过土壤的含水层时,对挖孔桩进行临时封闭;接着在挖孔桩的底部沿横通道方向施工斜井,同时在斜井内设置抽水泵,将地下水位降到土壤含水层以下;重复横通道施工步骤,继续在第二横通道下方施工第三横通道和第二层导洞;在第二层导洞内向下施工挖孔桩,直至施工到达设计长度。有效降低地下水的渗透问题,可以避免土地沉降,减少城市土地的占用。
