The invention discloses an installation method of a steam driven axial-flow blast furnace blower. According to the method, center lines are placed in the transverse and longitudinal direction of a foundation, and reserved holes of foundation elevation bolts are retested; a hanging steel wire line is used as an alignment center line, a base is installed, and the elevation and levelness are adjustedby ball head bolts; a lower casing is installed, the levelness of the association plane of the lower casing is ensured, and the lower casing is placed on the base to eliminate deflection of the association plane of the lower casing; a lower stationary blade casing is installed, and is hoisted into the lower casing, and connecting bolts are fastened between the lower stationary blade casing and the lower casing; the association plane of the lower stationary blade casing is aligned, and an angle of a stationary blade at each level is measured; the angles of the stationary blades are opened to the maximum for rotor installation, and clearances and sealing clearances between rotor moving blades and tops of the stationary blades are measured; an upper stationary blade casing is buckled on theassociation plane of the lower stationary blade casing and tightens the connecting bolts; and an upper casing is buckled on the association plane of the lower casing, and the bolts are tightened afterinserting locating pins. According to the installation method of the steam driven axial-flow blast furnace blower, standard requirements are ensured to be met, and the safe and stable operation performance of a blast furnace is improved.
