The invention discloses a device for cooperatively treating garbage incineration fly ash in cement production, and belongs to the technical field of garbage fly ash treatment equipment. The device comprises a suspension heater, a fly ash storage bin, a coal powder bin, a gas-solid separator, a cooling device and a condenser; the suspension heater is respectively connected with the fly ash storagebin, a cement kiln tertiary air pipe and the coal powder bin; an input port of the gas-solid separator is connected with the suspension heater; a solid output port of the gas-solid separator communicates with the cooling device through a pipeline, and a gas output port of the gas-solid separator communicates with the condenser through a pipeline; the cooling device is connected with a fly ash finished product bin; and the condenser and the cooling device are both connected with a fan. Dioxin and chloride in the fly ash can be removed, the heat source can be fully utilized, and energy saving and environmental protection are realized. The suspension heater structure is arranged and can be combined with cement kiln tertiary air to heat fly ash, so that the garbage incineration fly ash can betreated cooperatively more efficiently, and energy is saved.
