The invention discloses a preparation method for producing baking-free bricks by cooperatively utilizing household garbage incinerator slag and waste plastic particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps that pretreated household garbage incinerator slag and waste plastic particles serve as a part of aggregate in a traditional process, then the aggregate is mixed with river sand,cement, lime, gypsum and an excitant, water is added, uniform stirring is conducted to obtain a mixture, and a certain curing mode is adopted to prepare a baking-free brick product meeting standards.According to the method, a new thought is provided for comprehensive utilization of the household garbage incineration slag through a low-energy-consumption and low-cost building material means; meanwhile, a new solution is provided for the overcoming consumption difficulty of waste plastics; the performance of the baking-free bricks prepared from the slag is improved to a certain extent, and remarkable economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用生活垃圾焚烧炉渣与废塑料颗粒协同生产免烧砖的制备工艺，将经过预处理的生活垃圾焚烧炉渣和废塑料粒充当传统工艺中的部分骨料，再与河砂、水泥、石灰、石膏、激发剂相混合，加水搅拌均匀后经过一定的养护方式，制备符合标准的免烧砖产品。本发明通过低耗能低成本的建材化手段，为生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的综合利用提供了新的思路，同时也为废旧塑料的消纳困难提供了新的解决方案，并在一定程度上改善了炉渣免烧砖的性能，具有显著的经济效益、社会效益与环境效益。
