Intelligent swing control method and system for sweeping disc device of sweeper truck
The invention discloses an intelligent swing control method and system for a sweeping disc device of a sweeper truck. A plurality of in-place induction proximity switches are added to the sweeping disc device to induce the in-place condition of the sweeping disc device during actual operation. By sensing the position of the device, the influence caused by changes of weather, temperature and the like is avoided, and sensing detection is carried out more directly and effectively. A controller controls a sweeping disc device control hydraulic valve and a sweeping disc device adjusting proportional valve by receiving sensing signals of the proximity switches, and therefore, accurate, efficient and intelligent control over the sweeping disc device is achieved.
本发明公开扫路车扫盘装置智能摆动控制方法及其系统,通过在扫盘装置自身上增加若干到位感应接近开关,对扫盘装置实际工作时的到位情况进行感应。通过对装置自身位置的感应,从而避免了气候,温度等的变化所带来的影响,更加直接有效的进行感应检测。控制器通过接收接近开关的感应信号,对扫盘装置控制液压阀与扫盘装置调节比例阀进行控制,从而达到对扫盘装置准确、高效、智能的进行控制。

The invention discloses an intelligent swing control method and system for a sweeping disc device of a sweeper truck.
