Solid rocket engine blanking cap and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of ramjet engines, and discloses a blanking cap. The blanking cap is obtained by pressure casting compounding of a silicon carbide ceramic skeleton and an aluminum alloy, and a front surface of the blanking cap is provided with a hexagonal precast block obtained by cutting. The manufacturing method of the blanking cap comprises the following steps of (1) mixing silicon carbide with melted paraffin or polyvinyl alcohol according to a mass ratio of 3: (1-2.5), injecting into a mold, and pressing and firing to obtain the silicon carbide ceramic skeleton; and (2)compounding the melted aluminum alloy and the silicon carbide ceramic skeleton through die casting, and cutting the front surface to form a hexagonal precast block, and obtaining the blanking cap. The blanking cap is small in redundant mass and high in spraying stability, and an inner wall of the engine is not damaged during spraying.
