The invention discloses a microcrystal blanking pipe manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: S1, finishing processing of a blanking pipe shell, and arranging a heat insulation layer on the inner wall of the blanking pipe shell; s2, a cylindrical lining cylinder is coaxially placed in the discharging pipe shell and fixedly connected with the discharging pipe shell through a connecting assembly, and a gap is formed between the cylinder and the discharging pipe shell; and S3, the gap is filled with microcrystal castable, and after the microcrystal castable is formed, the microcrystal discharging pipe is obtained. According to the manufacturing method of the microcrystal discharging pipe, the anti-skinning microcrystal material adopted by the inner wall of the obtained microcrystal discharging pipe does not react with the cement batch, the skinning situation is avoided, the skinning cleaning work of an existing discharging pipe is reduced, and the using stability of the microcrystal discharging pipe is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种微晶下料管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1、完成下料管外壳的加工,并在所述下料管外壳的内壁上设置隔热层;S2、将圆筒状的内衬筒同轴放置在所述下料管外壳内,并通过连接组件将其与所述下料管外壳连接固定,所述圆筒与所述下料管外壳之间具有间隙;S3、在所述间隙内填充微晶浇注料,待所述微晶浇注料成型后,即制得所述微晶下料管。本发明一种微晶下料管的制作方法,其至做得到的微晶下料管的内壁采用的抗结皮微晶材料不与水泥配合料发生反应,不会发生结皮的情况,减少了现有的下料管结皮清理工作,保证微晶下料管使用时的稳定性。
