Manufacturing process of prefabricated building precast composite floor slab
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a prefabricated building precast composite floor slab. A floor slab manufacturing process adopts the following precast composite floor slab manufacturing device, and the precast composite floor slab manufacturing device comprises a bottom plate, a floor slab mold frame, an electric sliding block group, a workbench, a discharging device, a vibrating mechanism and a smoothing mechanism. The discharging device comprises a cement tank, an opening push rod, a discharging pipeline and an opening mechanism. The floor slab manufacturing process adopting the precast composite floor slab manufacturing device comprises the following steps that S1, a framework is placed; S2, cement blanking is performed; S3, the cement is oscillated; and S4, a surface is smoothed. Problems that an existing precast composite floor slab production machine is uneven in concrete paving and scattering in a concrete pouring process so that a defective rate of producedprecast floor slabs is high, and strength of the precast floor slabs is affected due to a fact that an existing precast floor slab production machine is poor in vibrating effect in a vibrating and guiding process can be solved.
本发明涉及一种装配式建筑预制叠合楼板制备工艺,该楼板制备工艺采用如下预制叠合楼板制备装置,该预制叠合楼板制备装置包括底板、楼板模框、电动滑块组、工作台、下料装置、振动机构和抚平机构;所述的下料装置包括水泥槽、开口推杆、落料管道、开口机构;采用上诉预制叠合楼板制备装置的楼板制备工艺包括以下步骤:S1、骨架放置;S2、水泥落料;S3、水泥振荡;S4、表面抚平。本发明可以解决现有的预制叠合楼板生产机器在混凝土浇注过程中混凝铺撒不均匀,导致产出的预制楼板的次品率较高和现有的与预制楼板制备机器振导过程振捣效果不佳影响预制楼板的强度等问题。
