COMPOSITE STRUCTURE OF STEEL GIRDER AND PRECAST FLOOR SLAB, PRECAST FLOOR SLAB, FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely simple floor slab replacement method that mitigates burdens on labor.SOLUTION: A floor slab and a stud to be replaced are removed from an upper flange 22 of a steel girder 2, and an insertion hole 51 is formed on the upper flange 22 after removing the floor slab. A precast floor slab 3 is spanned on the upper flange 22, the precast floor slab having a head part of a headed stud 4 embedded thereinto beforehand, and a screw 41 formed at a root part of the headed stud 4 protruding from a bottom surface. The screw 41 is inserted into the insertion hole 51 formed beforehand from above, and a nut 42 is screwed into the screw 41 protruding downward from the bottom surface of the upper flange 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】極めて簡易で、かつ労力の負担を軽減することが可能な床版取替方法を提供する。【解決手段】取り替え対象の床版及びスタッドを鋼桁2の上フランジ22から取り外し、床版撤去後の上フランジ22に挿通孔51を形成させ、更に頭付きスタッド4の頭部が予め埋め込まれてなると共に、頭付きスタッド4の根本部に形成されたネジ41が底面から突出されたプレキャスト床版3を上フランジ22に架設し、予め形成させた挿通孔51にネジ41を上から挿通させると共に、当該上フランジ22の底面から下向きに突出させたネジ41をナット42により螺着する。【選択図】図3
