The invention discloses a multifunctional engineering ship which comprises a ship body, a driving system, a steel pile positioning system and a hydraulic control system; the ship body comprises a mainship body, and at least two floating bodies which are arranged on the two sides of the main ship body and connected with the main ship body; the main ship body comprises a front main ship body, and arear main ship body which is arranged behind the front main ship body and is connected with the front main ship body; a sealed ship cabin is arranged in the front main ship body; the rear main ship body comprises a sealed ship cabin, a fuel oil cabin and a ship cabin; a cab is arranged on the rear main ship body; each floating body comprises a front floating body and a rear floating body; a sealed ship cabin, a pile well sealed cabin and a sealed ship cabin are sequentially arranged in each front floating body from front to back, and a sealed pressurized-water ship cabin is arranged in each rear floating body. The multifunctional engineering ship is diversified in function, can be used in cooperation with various engineering mechanical devices to complete various kinds of operation, can be modularly disassembled and assembled, is easy to transport for a long distance, can operate in narrow riverways with complex working conditions, and is more convenient to operate.
