Stone imitating water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a stone imitating water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof. The stone imitating water permeable brick comprises a water permeable surface layer and a water permeable bottom layer, wherein the water permeable surface layer and the water permeable bottom layer are stacked, and the first raw materials for forming the water permeable surface layer comprise, by weight, 100 parts of surface layer aggregate, 1-20 parts of a surface layer inorganic water permeable material and 15-40 parts of an inorganic adhesive. Compared with the organic adhesive used for the surface layer in the prior art, the material of the invention has the following characteristics that the use amounts of the inorganic water permeable material, the inorganic adhesive and other componentsin the surface layer are adjusted, and the experiment results prove that the stone imitating water permeable brick has excellent water permeable and wear-resistant effects on the premise of ensuringthe strength and having stone textures.
本发明提供了一种仿石材透水砖及其制备方法。该仿石材透水砖包括层叠的透水面层和透水底层,按重量份计,形成透水面层的第一原料包括:100份的面层骨料、1~20份的面层无机透水材料和15~40份的无机胶黏剂。相比于现有技术中面层所用的有机胶黏剂,本发明通过对面层中无机透水材料、无机胶黏剂和其余各组分的用量进行调整,实验证明,仿石材透水砖能够在保证强度、具有石材纹理的前提下,具有优异的透水和耐磨效果。
