The invention discloses plastic sculpture concrete and a preparation method thereof. The plastic sculpture concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 500 parts of cement, 1 to 20 parts of a plastic additive, 20 to 40 parts of water, 0.1 to 25 parts of paper pulp fiber, 1 to 400 parts of natural fine sand, 0.1 to 10 parts of a pigment and 0.1 to 5 parts of a waterreducing agent. According to the invention, a phthalate plasticizer is not used as a raw material, so that the problem that the polymer clay has pungent smell is avoided, and no harm is caused to a user; the cement, the plastic additive, the paper pulp fiber, the pigment and the like are used as the main preparation raw materials, so that the prepared product has excellent comprehensive performance, has high plasticity compared with polymer clay, also has high strength, and is safe, environment-friendly, free of pungent smell and harmless to a human body; and cement is adopted as the main rawmaterial, so that the plastic sculpture concrete has high durability, cannot be damaged after being stored for a long time and cannot deform.
