CONCRETE ARTIFICIAL SCULPTURE AND CONSTRUCTIOM METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a concrete artificial sculpture for landscaping of places such as a park. The concrete artificial sculpture comprises: a support frame, a molding frame on which an artificial molding material is placed and attached by being fixated and installed on the support frame; and the artificial molding material. The molding frame comprises: a main root material which supports weight of the artificial molding material while setting the overall outline of the artificial molding material; a sub root material which sets the fine shape of the artificial sculpture by being positioned in the upper part of the main root material; a fine adjustment device which adjusts the height of the sub root material by being installed between the main root material and the sub root material; and a waterproof insulation unit which is installed in the lower part of the main root material. The artificial molding material buried in the molding frame is formed with Portland cement, sand, and glass fiber reinforced concrete mixed with glass fiber containing zirconia in mortar.
본 발명은 공원 등의 조경을 위한 콘크리트 인공조형물에 관한 것으로서, 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임에 고정 설치되어 인공조형 재료가 타설 부착되는 조형프레임 및, 상기 인공조형 재료로 이루어지는 콘크리트 인공조형물에 있어서, 상기 조형프레임은 인공조형물의 전체적인 윤곽을 설정하면서 인공조형 재료의 하중을 지지하는 주근재와, 상기 주근재의 상부에 위치하여 인공조형물의 미세한 형상을 설정하는 부근재와, 주근재와 부근재의 사이에 설치되어 부근재의 높이를 조절하는 미세조정장치 및, 상기 주근재의 하부에 설치되는 방수단열부로 이루어지고, 상기 조형프레임에 포설되는 인공조형 재료는 포틀랜드시멘트와, 모래 및, 몰탈에 지르코니아를 함유한 유리섬유가 혼합된 유리섬유강화콘크리트인 것을 특징으로 한다.
