The invention provides a large volume low-electric-flux fiber concrete for maritime work, and a preparation method thereof. The large volume fiber concrete for maritime work comprises, by mass, 8.5-11.5% of cement, 2-4% of coal ash, 2.5-3.5% of mineral powder, 5.0-6.5% of water, 29-33% of sands, 6-13% of medium broken stones, 0.3-0.42% of a water reducing agent, 0.03-0.05% of flexible fibers, andthe balance of small broken stones, and the total mass percentage of all the components is 100%. The method is used for preparing for the large volume fiber concrete for maritime work. The compressivestrength, adiabatic temperature rise and electric flux of the concrete are obviously improved compared with those of common concrete.
