Silicon dioxide micro-powder and the initially set slurry are added into the raw materials, generation of hydration products can be facilitated, and hydrated product crystals such as hydrated calcium silicate in the initially set slurry can be used as crystal nucleuses and grow up quickly to form a crystallization mechanism, and therefore, the silicon dioxide micro-powder and the initially set slurry facilitate time shortening for autoclaved curing, and the production efficiency is improved. After sprayingwith the cement paste, the cement paste on the surface and the aerated bricks are combined to form a surface layer which is higher in strength and not prone to dusting, and the surface layer can be bonded with mortar more easily in a wall building process.
