The method is simple, feasible, scientific, reasonable and convenient for large-scale industrial production.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体的涉及一种超大型锆英石质陶瓷材料的制备方法。以烧结温度比超大型锆英石陶瓷材料低10‑110℃的锆英石质坯体作为支撑材料,采用还原气氛条件下烧成,提高了锆英石材料的烧结温度并且扩大了烧结范围,解决了超大型锆英石陶瓷材料烧成开裂的问题,并且所得制品的弯曲蠕变速率、发泡率有显著改善,有利于延长溢流砖的使用寿命,并提高液晶玻璃的质量。该方法简单易行、科学合理,便于大规模工业生产。
