The invention discloses an acid-and-alkali-resistant composite floor coating. The acid-and-alkali-resistant composite floor coating is composed of a permeable seal primer, an epoxy quartz mortar layercoating and a surface layer coating, wherein the permeable seal primer comprises a component A1 and a component B1 in a weight ratio of (1-3): 1; the component A1 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of epoxy resin, 29.8-39.8 parts of polyfunctional epoxy resin and 0.2-1.5 parts of an auxiliary agent; and the component B1 is a curing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method and a use method for the acid-and-alkali-resistant composite floor coating. The acid-and-alkali-resistant composite floor coating provided by the invention has the followingadvantages: by adoption of the polyfunctional epoxy resin as a linear structure, the coating has good flexibility; meanwhile, the crosslinking degree of the coating can be increased; the strong acidand alkali chemical resistance of the coating can be improved; and the weather resistance of the coating can be improved. The composite floor coating is high in bonding strength with a floor base surface and excellent in wear resistance and compression resistance, and the service life of the terrace coating is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种耐酸碱复合地坪涂料，由渗透封闭底漆、环氧石英砂浆层涂料、面层涂料组成；所述渗透封闭底漆包括重量比为1‑3：1的A1组分和B1组分，所述A1组分包括以下重量份的原料：环氧树脂60‑70份、多官能团环氧树脂29.8‑39.8份、助剂0.2‑1.5份；所述B1组分为固化剂，本发明还公开其制备方法和使用方法。本发明的优点为采用多官能团环氧树脂为线型结构，因此涂层具有较好的柔韧性能，同时可以增加涂层交联度，改善耐强酸碱化学性能，改善涂料的耐候性能。该复合地坪涂层与地坪基面粘结强度高，耐磨、抗压性能优异，延长了地坪涂料的使用年限。
