Pervious concrete pavement construction method
The invention discloses a pervious concrete pavement construction method which comprises the following steps: compacting original soil of an original road bed by using a road roller, and placing cement bricks on the compacted original soil at intervals; paving a layer of stones, pouring cement on two sides of the roadbed to fix paved stones, and compacting the stones by using a road roller; pavinga first pervious concrete road layer; paving a cushioning layer; paving a second pervious concrete road layer; transversely marking out grooves with a certain depth in a cushioning silica gel layer which is not dried yet, and then paving a second pervious concrete layer; finally, pouring a water-permeable adhesive stone layer on the second pervious concrete layer. During construction, a cement brick layer and the two pervious concrete layers are added, and the grooves are formed at the same time, so that the connection degree between the layers is improved, and the pressure bearing capacity and durability of the concrete pavement are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种透水混凝土路面施工方法,包括如下步骤:用压路机将原路床的原土压实后,在压实的原土上每隔一段距离放置一块水泥砖;铺设一层石子,并在两侧用水泥浇筑路基,用于固定铺设好的石子,同时用压路机将石子压实;铺设第一层透水混凝土路层:铺设缓震层:铺设第二层透水混凝土路层:在尚未干的缓震硅胶层上横向划出一定深度的凹槽,然后铺设第二层透水混凝土层;最后在第二层第二层透水混凝土层上浇注透水胶粘石层;本发明在施工时增加了水泥砖层以及两层透水混凝土层,同时设置凹槽,以提高层和层之间的连接度,大大提高了混凝土路面的承压能力和耐久性。
