The invention provides a pervious concrete admixture. The pervious concrete admixture is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 8 weight percent of boric acid, 3 to 9 weight percent of sodium fluosilicate, 12 to 15 weight percent of magnesium chloride, 2 to 8 weight percent of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2 to 4 weight percent of silicon nitride powder, 4 to 10 weight percent of potassium chloride, 10 to 12 weight percent of calcium chloride, 0.1 to 0.2 weight percent of chelating dispersant, 0.05 to 0.09 weight percent of sodium gluconate and the balance of water. The pervious concrete and the pervious concrete pavement prepared by adopting the pervious concrete admixture disclosed by the invention have excellent mechanical properties, durability and low-temperature pervious performance, and the defects of low strength and poor frost resistance of the pervious concrete can be overcome.
