According to the invention, the two main indexes of the existing road communication void ratio and the water permeability coefficient are effectively improved, the performance requirements of the drainage asphalt pavement are ensured to be met, meanwhile, the phenomena of flying and damage do not occur in the drainage asphalt constructed by the method in a long time period, and the durability of the road is remarkably improved.
