Asphalt concrete pavement construction method
The invention relates to the field of pavement construction, and particularly discloses an asphalt concrete pavement construction method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) heating the asphalt to 95-105 DEG C in a sealed container, exhausing the gas in the sealed container continuously under negative pressure and feeding the gas into cooling water to generate a layered liquid and preheated asphalt after heating the asphalt; 2) controlling the temperature of the layered liquid to be 30-35 DEG C, and filtering the layered liquid to obtain filtrate and filter residues; 3) standing and layering the filtrate, and collecting supernatant; 4) putting the preheated asphalt and the supernatant into a stirring kettle, heating to 190-200 DEG C, and uniformly mixing to obtain pretreated asphalt; 5) adding aggregate and a high-molecular modifier into the pretreated asphalt, heating to 230-240 DEG C, and uniformly mixing to obtain asphalt concrete; 6) paving the asphalt concrete on the pavement base layer, and performing pressing and maintenance to obtain the asphalt concrete pavement. The method has the advantage of widening the application range of the asphalt concrete pavement.
