The invention discloses a prefabricated self-adhesive noctilucent coiled material structure and a prefabricating method thereof. The prefabricated self-adhesive noctilucent coiled material structure comprises a noctilucent surface layer, an adhesive layer, a coiled material bottom layer and a self-adhesive layer which are sequentially stacked; the noctilucent surface layer comprises solid particles, a binding material and a noctilucent material, and the solid particles, the binding material and the noctilucent material are mixed and paved to form the noctilucent surface layer; the self-adhesive layer comprises a self-adhesive layer body and a self-adhesive protective film, the self-adhesive layer body is arranged close to one side of the coiled material bottom layer, the self-adhesive protective film is attached to the surface of the side, away from the coiled material bottom layer, of the self-adhesive layer body, and a self-adhesive protective film is detachably connected with a self-adhesive layer body. Rapid construction and environment-friendly construction of the noctilucent structure are achieved, and the noctilucent effect is good.
