The invention relates to a bidirectional self-stress prefabricated slab and a prefabricating method thereof.The bidirectional self-stress prefabricated slab comprises expansive concrete, a prefabricated slab base and a self-stress device, self-stress tensioning plates distributed in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction are caused to move outwards through expansion of the poured expansive concrete, the self-stress tensioning plates drive self-stress ribs to be tensioned, and the self-stress ribs are tensioned; meanwhile, the self-stress tension plate reversely applies longitudinal and transverse bidirectional self-stress to the prefabricated plate, the bidirectional self-stress plate is high in longitudinal and transverse rigidity and integrity and has the advantages of being high in quality, simple in process, low in manufacturing cost, free of mud jacking, environmentally friendly and the like, and the problems that a common prefabricated plate is low in rigidity and prone to cracking, and a bidirectional prestressed prefabricated plate is high in manufacturing cost, complex in process, poor in durability and the like are solved.
