The invention discloses a prestressed single-lug inhaul cable which comprises a cable body, a plurality of steel wire ropes, a plurality of fixing rings, an elastic water absorption material, an elastic buffer layer, an insulating corrosion-resistant layer, an anchor seat, a sleeve, a tensioning damping device, a shell, a baffle, a filling chamber and a fixing clamping piece set; and the filling chamber is filled with compressible silica gel. According to the technical scheme, the prestressed single-lug inhaul cable is simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient to operate and capable of resisting corrosion for a long time, the higher the prestress of the inhaul cable is along with prolonging of time, a self-locking structure is adopted on an anchorage device, and therefore the stability of the inhaul cable is higher.
