The invention relates to an inhaul cable tensioning device and a working method thereof.The inhaul cable tensioning device comprises a support fixedly installed at the top of a tower column and a sling located on one side of the tower column, a plurality of obliquely-arranged embedded pipes are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the two sides of the tower column, and a first winch is fixedly arranged at the top of the support; the steel wire traction end of the first winch is fixedly connected with a lifting platform located in an inner cavity of the tower column, a material spraying mechanism used for lubricating the inner wall of the embedded pipe is arranged on the side face of the lifting platform, and a stabilizing mechanism used for stabilizing the inhaul cable is arranged at the bottom end of the sling. The fixing sleeve is limited and guided through the guide rollers, an anchor head of the inhaul cable is conveniently connected with the steel wire traction end of the second winch, hard traction of the inhaul cable is rapidly stretched into the embedded pipe, the tensioning speed of the inhaul cable is prevented from being reduced, meanwhile, damage to the hard traction of the inhaul cable is reduced, follow-up jack installation is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved. 本发明涉及一种拉索张拉装置及其工作方法,包括固定安装在塔柱顶部的支架和位于塔柱一侧的吊索,塔柱的两侧外壁上均固定安装有若干个倾斜设置的预埋管,支架的顶部固定设置有第一卷扬机,第一卷扬机的钢丝牵引端固定连接有位于塔柱内腔的升降平台,升降平台的侧面设置有用于润滑预埋管内壁的喷料机构,吊索的底端设置有用于稳固拉索的平稳机构;通过若干个导向滚轮对固定套进行限位导向,方便将拉索的锚头与第二卷扬机的钢丝牵引端连接,快速将拉索的硬牵引伸入预埋管中,避免降低拉索的张拉速度,同时降低拉索的硬牵引受到的损伤,保证了后续千斤顶的安装,从而提高拉索张拉的效率。
