The invention discloses a controllable lifting deceleration strip. The lifting detection device comprises a main detection rod and an auxiliary detection rod; the main detection rod and the auxiliarydetection rod are respectively installed on two circular protruding seats; each of the main detection rod and the auxiliary detection rod comprises a lower rod body and an upper rod body; a controllerand a power supply are arranged in the lower rod body of the auxiliary detection rod; an infrared camera is arranged at the top of the main detection rod; a radar tachymeter is arranged at the upperend of the auxiliary detection rod; a plurality of hydraulic cylinders are arranged in a base of the deceleration strip; the tops of the multiple hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the lower end of thecover plate, sliding plates are arranged on the two sides of the cover plate, two parallel fixing grooves are formed in the inner wall of the base, two supporting legs of a supporting sliding block are inserted into the two parallel fixing grooves, a supporting plate is fixed to the upper end of the supporting sliding block through a shaft, and the upper end of the supporting plate is fixed to a protruding block at the lower end of the cover plate. The controllable lifting deceleration strip is simple in structure and reasonable in design, vehicles can be forced to decelerate when passing through the intersection, and pedestrian safety is guaranteed to a certain extent.
