Pneumatic lifting deceleration strip
The pneumatic lifting deceleration strip comprises a lifting plate, a power assembly and a bearing support, the lifting plate is composed of a longitudinal guide rail and side plates, the side plates are connected to the two sides of the longitudinal guide rail, and the power assembly is composed of a lifting air cylinder, an energy resisting air cylinder, a high-pressure air storage tank and a low-pressure air storage tank. The high-pressure gas storage tank and the low-pressure gas storage tank are welded into a grooved rail of an integrated structure through a cross beam frame, a plurality of lifting air cylinders and energy blocking air cylinders are arranged at intervals and evenly installed on the portion, on the inner side of the grooved rail, of the cross beam frame, and the width of a longitudinal guide rail corresponds to the groove width of the grooved rail. A pneumatic lifting speed bump mechanical body is formed by the lifting plate and the power assembly, an edge support is arranged on the outer edge of the grooved rail so as to be located on a bearing support, and the bearing support is embedded and installed in a preset ground groove tunnel of a traffic crossing. According to the invention, a multi-cylinder and double-air-storage-tank pressure-stabilizing pneumatic lifting mode is adopted, so that the purposes of speed-reducing stable passing, overspeed warning and bumping punishment for lifting the speed bump are achieved.
