The invention relates to a sealing device used after hole forming of a latex film. The sealing device comprises the latex film and further comprises a sealing device body. Holes are formed in the latex film. The sealing device body is arranged at the holes of the latex film in a sealed manner and comprises a sealing part base, a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a sealing part cap, a guide pipe and gaskets. A bolt is arranged on the sealing part base. A guide pipe through hole is formed in the sealing part base and the bolt and penetrates through the sealing part base and the bolt inthe axis direction of the bolt. The bolt on the sealing part base penetrates through the holes in the latex film, and the diameter of the holes is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of the bolt. The first sealing ring is arranged on the bolt in a sleeving manner. The guide pipe penetrates through the guide pipe through hole. The second sealing ring is arranged on the guide pipe in a sleeving manner. The sealing part cap is arranged on the bolt in a sleeving manner. Through the method of guiding out pore water in a sample through a guide pipe, a pore water pressure sensor on the outerportion of the sample is utilized for capturing pore water pressure information in soil.
