The invention discloses a hole sealing agent with a repairing function, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of filler, 30-60% of sol, 20-40% of solvent and 5-10% of dispersing agent, wherein the filler is prepared by the following method: (1) mixing nano silicon carbide powder, nano cerium oxide powder and a binder into slurry, and then preparing the slurry into composite powder I; (2) sintering the composite powder I, and screening to obtain composite powder II; and (3) adding the composite powder II into an aqueous solution of ZrOCl2. 8H2O, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed solution, then adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value to obtain hydrosol, and then drying to obtain the filler. Effective combination of the hole sealing agent in coating holes can be achieved, effective filling of the holes in the coating can be achieved through silicon dioxide in the initial service stage of the coating, and oxidation of a bonding layer is delayed.
本发明公开了一种兼有修复功能的封孔剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比计，包括：填料10‑20％、溶胶30‑60％、溶剂20‑40％、分散剂5‑10％；其中，填料通过以下方法制得：(1)将纳米碳化硅粉末、纳米氧化铈粉末与粘结剂混合成浆料，然后将浆料制备成复合粉末一；(2)对复合粉末一进行烧结处理，然后经筛分得复合粉末二；(3)将复合粉末二加入ZrOCl2·8H2O的水溶液中，经超声分散得混合溶液，然后加入氨水调节pH值，得到水溶胶，然后经干燥即得填料。本发明可以实现封孔剂在涂层孔隙中的有效结合，涂层服役初期二氧化硅能够实现涂层内孔隙的有效填充，延缓粘结层的氧化。
