Screw-in type steel pile supporting method
The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit protection, in particular to a screw-in type steel pile supporting method. The screw-in type steel pile supporting method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting grooves with a width of 500 mm near two sides of a to-be-cleared position, and arranging dewatering wells, of which the depths are greater than the depths of threaded supporting piles, on the outer sides of the grooves; (2) putting U-shaped steel, which is provided with through holes at intervals, into the grooves; (3) inserting the threaded supporting piles into the through holes of the U-shaped steel, and screwing the threaded supporting piles into the ground; (4) removing soil between the two grooves; (5) placing a municipal pipe downward; (6) performing backfilling and screwing out the threaded supporting piles; (7) repeatedly performing step (1) to step (6) forward along the ground until construction is finished. The screw-in type steel pile supporting method enables the threaded supporting piles to be screwed into the ground to play a role of supporting, and the threaded supporting piles can be screwed out for reuse after the supporting is finished. The noise is small during the construction. The screw-in type steel pile supporting method avoids damage to surrounding buildings, and also has an extremely small impact on the surrounding buildings.
本发明涉及基坑防护技术领域,尤其涉及一种旋入式钢桩支护方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在需清除位置两侧附近切割宽度500mm的凹槽,并在凹槽的外侧设置降水井,降水井深度大于螺纹支护桩的深度;步骤二、在凹槽内放入U型钢,U型钢上间隔设有通孔;步骤三、将螺纹支护桩插入U型钢上的通孔内,拧入地下;步骤四、将两个凹槽之间的土清除;步骤五、下入市政管道;步骤六、回填并拧出螺纹支护桩;步骤七、沿着地面向前往复步骤一至六,直到施工完成。本装置将带有螺纹的支护桩拧到地下起到支护的作用,支护完成后还能够拧出重新利用,施工过程中噪音小,不会破坏周围建筑,对周围建筑影响也非常小。
