SCREW-IN-TYPE STEEL PIPE PILE
This screw-in-type steel pipe pile is configured by attaching a plurality of steel plates (20a, 20b) along the peripheral direction of a cylindrical steel pipe (10) so as to be inclined with respect to a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the steel pipe (10), said plurality of steel plates (20a, 20b) being formed by splitting, into substantially fan-like shapes, an annular steel plate having an external diameter greater than that of the steel pipe (10). The screw-in-type steel pipe pile has an opening (23) provided in a central region of the plurality of steel plates (20a, 20b). The screw-in-type steel pipe pile is further provided with sacrificial members (25) which are provided, in a state of protruding further radially outward than the steel plates (20a, 20b), to inclined lower ends (21a, 21b) serving as outermost tips of the plurality of steel plates (20a, 20b).
La présente invention concerne un pieu tubulaire en acier du type à vis, qui est configuré par fixation d'une pluralité de plaques d'acier (20a, 20b) selon la direction périphérique d'un tuyau en acier cylindrique (10) de façon à ce que ces dernières soient inclinées par rapport à une direction orthogonale à la direction axiale du tuyau en acier (10), ladite pluralité de plaques d'acier (20a, 20b) étant formées par division, sensiblement en formes de type ventilateur, d'une plaque d'acier annulaire ayant un diamètre externe supérieur à celui du tuyau en acier (10). Le pieu tubulaire en acier du type à vis a une ouverture (23) ménagée dans une région centrale de la pluralité de plaques d'acier (20a, 20b). Le pieu tubulaire en acier du type à vis comprend en outre des éléments sacrificiels (25) qui sont situés, dans un état de saillie davantage radialement vers l'extérieur que les plaques d'acier (20a, 20b), sur des extrémités inférieures inclinées (21a, 21b) servant de pointes les plus à l'extérieur de la pluralité de plaques d'acier (20a, 20b).
