The petroleum pipeline leakage quick collecting device comprises a moving base, a slag pump, a petroleum pump, a second petroleum pump, an upper hydraulic telescopic rod and a lower hydraulic telescopic rod; two petroleum pumping pipes are connected with a suction nozzle and a pipeline plugging piece correspondingly; supporting springs drive inserting rods and semi-circular sealing plates to reset and tightly clamp a petroleum transport pipeline, a leakage position is sealed, petroleum leaking onto the ground is pumped into an inner cavity of a filtering box through the slag pump, the petroleum pumping pipe and the suction nozzle, and as for petroleum mixing into soil, a petroleum-soil mixture is taken and then fed to the top of a pore plate of an inner cavity of a petroleum-soil extrusion box through a feeding hopper; and at the moment, the upper hydraulic telescopic rod and the lower hydraulic telescopic rod are started to enable a pressing plate and the pore plate to get close to each other, petroleum and soil are extruded, the petroleum is extruded out, the obtained petroleum falls at the top of a partition plate and then is fed into the inner cavity of the filter box through the second petroleum pump, the wasting amountof the petroleum can be further decreased, and the influence on the environment after the petroleum pipeline is leaked is reduced.
