The invention discloses an intelligent anti-freezing flushing public toilet. The public toilet comprises a water supply system, a septic tank, a toilet stool and a power supply, wherein the septic tank communicates with the toilet stool through a pipeline, and the septic tank and the water supply system are arranged in an underground anti-freezing soil layer. The water supply system comprises a water well, a water outlet pipeline, a pressure tank body and an extraction pump, the extraction pump is electrically connected with the power supply, and a water outlet of the extraction pump is connected with the pressure tank body. A water inlet of the water outlet pipeline is connected with the pressure tank body, a water outlet of the water outlet pipeline is connected with a flushing pipelineof the toilet stool, a drainage valve and a return valve are arranged on the water outlet pipeline, and a water outlet of the return valve is connected with the water well through a return pipe. The return valve is closed, the drainage valve is opened, and water in the pressure tank body is used for flushing the toilet stool through the water outlet pipeline. After flushing is completed, the drainage valve is closed, the return valve is opened, the remaining water in the water outlet pipeline flows back into the water well through the return pipe, and the situation that flushing of the toiletstool is affected due to icing of the pipeline is avoided, so that the environment in the public toilet is cleaner, the power consumption is small, and a lot of energy is saved.
