The invention discloses a closestool foaming flushing device and an intelligent closestool. The foaming flushing device comprises a water pumping assembly, a foam pumping assembly, a liquid mixing part and a flushing assembly, wherein the water pumping assembly is connected with the liquid mixing part, and water is introduced into the liquid mixing part; the foam pumping assembly is connected with the liquid mixing part, and foam liquid is introduced into the liquid mixing part; the liquid mixing part is connected with the flushing assembly, water and foam liquid are mixed to form mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid is introduced into the flushing assembly; the flushing assembly enables the foam liquid in the mixed liquid to form foams, and the water in the mixed liquid is sprayed to a ceramic inner wall of the closestool body along with the foams. The foaming flushing device is simple in structure, and only one water outlet hole is needed, so functions of flushing cleaning and foam flushing cleaning can be achieved at the same time.
